Murchison River meets the ocean eventually. The water is shallow here and the beach is simply great. A lot of people enjoy their day here. Fantastic spot for a picnic, not crowded and really cool.

At a break south of Dongara a road train was joining me. Nothing special to see there. A sign post wall, some garbage bins. At least the weather was nice and the iced coffee tasteful.

The Brand Highway is probably not the most famous, but it is the way to travel from the Pinnacles to Kalbarri National Park. As I have been here before I decided to do a quick run rather than enjoying the scenery. It took me only a day to do the 400 km, but I imagine you could spend one or two days here.

Cervantes does not feature much beside a general store, fuel and liquor. Although it dös feature a camp site located at the beach. In my opinion the beach might be nice for swimming, but the time I was there the temperature wasn´t worth it. The camp site dös offer nice facilities and is quite big as everyone passes by when visiting the Pinnacles where overnight stays are prohibited.

The descibed sign post wall at the parking lot. I wonder where these all came from, but Western Australia blossoms.

This is what happens when 24 GPS trackers start to loose their signal between tall trees.

You have two choices here. Either you drive through the Pinnacles or you walk. Both works reasonably well and I would suggest you plan for both. If you rather strive for pics in the blue hour, take the car as walking in the dark is not the easiest way to leave the park.
